k) Daily Call Record details with Caller ID, Caller Name, Active Agent Name, PGCL Concern Person's Name & Number, Date, Time, Call Duration, Call Type, & Conversation
l) Data archival of daily inbound & outbound calls
m) Active Agents for 24×7×365, Shared Supervisor, Workspace, Equipment, Utilities, Generator Back Up, Quality Control, HR & Administrative Support and Other Necessary Facilities
n) Monthly reporting on call details including conversation in CD/DVD
o) Details CDR of every 3 months in CD/DVD
p) Other works designed and instructed by Project Manager time to time.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works (Major in Outsource based Call Center Service works) of at least BDT Fifteen Lac (15,00,000/-) under single contract over a period of last five (5) years.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT Four Lac Fifty Thousand (4,50,000/-) over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets must be submitted as credit facilities for this work which is not less than BDT One Lac Fifty Thousand (1,50,000/-) issued by any schedule bank of Bangladesh, issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
