* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 30,00,000 (Taka Thirty Lac) under maximum 02 contracts within last 2 years.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful supply.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 30,00,000 (Taka Thirty Lac) (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
