Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 491666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1475000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 491666 ~ 1475000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 10 (Ten) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2) The minimum specific experience of serving similar service at least for 5 Government/ Semi Government/Corporations/Autonomous Organization and at least for 3 government offices in Cox’s Bazar district. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer. Only Completion Certificate will be accepted.
3) Contract with 02 IIGs with two physical international connectivity and Service Agreements or MoU with minimum 02 (two) NTTN service Providers
4) Should have sufficient number of qualified engineers (CISCO and Microsoft certified) and technicians in the company’s pay-roll to undertake the service contract. List of the engineers and technicians are to be submitted with the offer.
5) The Vendor must ensure 24x7 supports and support Engineer must be present on site within three hours if required.
6) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iv) nationwide ISP License
7) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk 5.00 (Five) Lac.
