g. 10% Above or Less is Applicable as per PPR/GO.
h. All test must be perform under BUET/RUET/Equivalent. Tenderer Should bear all cost of Tests.
i. Location & Position of construction site depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
j. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
