Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have the following criteria-
1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in supplying and installation of Electrical Accessories in any public university/any government office.
2) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years.
3) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
4) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
5) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, vii) Up to date authorization letter must be submitted.
6) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents and as per PPR-2025
