Eligibility criteria:
1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Ten (10) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of minimum  BDT 175,00000/- ( One Crore Seventy Five Lac) under a single contract in the last 03(Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 
4.  Tenderer should have anothe 02 (Two)  similar  nature of contracts in last 3 (Three) years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 250,00000/- ( Two Crore Fifty Lac Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
6. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents. 
a) Updated trade license.
b) Updated Vat registration certificate.
c) Updated TIN Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate from Manufacturer/Distributor for Digital Barometer, Thermograph, Hair hygrograph, Dew Balance, Sun Shine Recorder, Pyranometer, Evaporograph, Clock Drum & Hair Hygrograph
