4. Minimum amount of Liquid asset shall be obtained.
5. Manufacturer authorization must be submitted.
6. 10% Above or Less is Applicable as per PPR/GO.
7. ISO certification must be submitted

10. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
