Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in The Construction under Public Works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 Years.
(B) (i) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in Successful Completion of at least one Similar kinds of works/Repair Work of Tk 20.85 Lakh in a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During Last 5 Years.
(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying and Authenticating Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer.
(iii) In Case of The Work Done for Successful Completion of Building Construction Works Under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Best 03 Financial Years over the last 05 years of Tk.53.65 Lakh.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk 29.80 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.
(E) The Tender Must Possess:
(i) TIN Certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date Trade License.
(F) Tenderer Having Quoted The Tender Price More than 10% Above or Below The Official Estimated Cost, The Tender will be Rejected.
(G) All the Tendering Process shall be followed according to PPR 2008 & PPA 2006.
