Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 280000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 28000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Building construction work in a single contract during least 05(Five) Years in any Government / Semi Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh with a value not less than Tk. 60.00 Lakh.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60.00 Lakh in the best 3 years in last 5 (Five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2-a3 of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 30.00 Lakh.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 82.00 Lakh. For calculating tender capacity the tenderer must submit the information of ongoing work as per ( table given in TDS sub section c : “Information of on going work”). if any tenderer hide any information or give incorrect data the tender will considered as non-responsive.
(6) The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Trade License
(ii) TIN Certificate
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(7) Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
