Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 700000 ~ 2100000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Electrical Repair work in a single contract during least 05(Five) Years in any Government / Semi Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh with a value not less than Tk. 5 Lakh.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) as per Form ePW2-a3 of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 5 Lakh.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 7.50 Lakh.
(6) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following documents :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Valid TIN Certificate
(iii) VAT Registration Certificate
(v) Up-to-date Valid ABC category Electrical Contractor License and Supervisory Certificate from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh.
