with the Tender)
Special Instructions:
1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.
2. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (From PW3-7, in section-
7).Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare a non-responsive.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund and after BWDB Pre & Post work Measurement by PE's office &
BWDB'sTaskforce. For this no claim will entertain.
4. Latest CPTU/CPC circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
5. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the past performance Evaluation matrix. So, authenticated information along
withdocuments will have to be incorporated with the tender. i,e Planned & Actual start/commencement & completion date and
ActualValue of work done with JV Share (if Applicable) will have to clearly mentioned in the work certificate.
6. Arrangement of land for excavated earth management & working area (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim
inthis regard will be entertained. Also the work will be completed by tenderer of his own management of site.
7. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.ny/all tender(s) without showing

8. NOA will be issued subjected to the approval of RDPP.
