5. The package quantity/work may be increased, decreased or dropped based on field condition, design, administrative approval or fund availability; no claim shall be entertained for cancellation or non-issuance of work order.
6. All kinds of forms and documents should be uploaded or attached as per the sample or guideline provided by e-STD.
