Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Generator and related services as Supplier shall be three years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Generator [assembled & tested in USA / JAPAN / EU countries. The diesel engine of the generating set shall be of Perkins (UK) / Deutz (Germany) / Cummins (UK) / Mitsubishi (Japan) / Volvo (Sweeden) / Kohler (France) / Yanmar (Japan) / Cat (USA) brand and alternator shall be of Stamford (UK) / Meccalte (Itali) / Leroy Somer (Italy) / Kohler (France) / Cat (USA] of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 22 (Twenty two) lakh.
3. The minimum supply capacity per year is 1 (One) no's Generator as supplier of Generator.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8
5. Must be submitted :
up to date trade license,
VAT registration certificate,
income TAX clearance certificate and
ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
6. Other terms and conditions in STD (ePG3) and TDS must be fulfilled.
