3. If Quoted Rates are excessive above/less than the estimated cost, the tenderer must submit detailed Analysis of his Quoted Rate considering the sample of analysis format which is given in the tender documents. Otherwise, the tender will be non-responsive.
4. Minimum Performance Security will be 10% of the total contract price.
5. Tender must submit the similar nature of goods Tk.18.00 Lac.(Supplying & Manufacturing of furniture work).
6. Tenderer must submite i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tex certificate iii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID card. v) EED license
Tenderer must submit the authorization letter own firm pad properly(Mention tender ID, Work name seperately).
