Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers who failed to START/COMPLETE the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, without any reasonable cause are not eligible to participate in this e-Tender according to Prime Minister Gazette.
2. The tenderer who MUST have A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 66.00 Lac under single of contract over a period of 5 years shall be required. (Building Retrofitting works).
3. Other eligibility remain as per TDS.
