Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall submit updated trade license, updated tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate.
2. Tenderer must have 3 (three) years of general experiences of works.
3. Tenderer must have atleast 1 (one) year of experiences in removing sludge or semi-liquid clay/soil from the bottom of any floating pump station at any river.
4. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 400000 under a single contract within 3 years shall be required.
5. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 500000 any 3 (three) years in the last five (5) years
6. Tenderer should have The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line from any scheduled bank net of other contractual commitment is BDT 500000 (Five lakh only)
7. Providing safety of worker for this perticular work must be ensured by Tenderer.
