* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide Valid Trade License, Valid Tax Identification number (TIN) and VAT registration number as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement as a proof of liquid assets.
2) The Tenderer shall have to provide similar experience certificate worth of 5 lac (maximun 02 contacts) at any Govt./Semi-govt./Autonomous organization in last 02 years.
3) Tenderer must pay the salary to the bank account of the employee at rate of Category- 5 as per ministry of finance order (memo no.:- 07.153.029.07.00.01.2019-259, date: 10/06/2019).
4) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
5) Tenderer must full-fill all the conditions of Tender Document.
