Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 (two) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Substation Equipment Testing Kit of minimum BDT Twenty (20) Lac under minimum two (02) contracts in the last three (03) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System without which the tenderer will be considered non-responsive.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 20 lac.
4. The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade License, TIN and Income Tax Certificate and VAT registration certificate.
