Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) related nature of work of amount not less than Tk. 10.00 lac in a single work during last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificate(s) shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concern department/organization.
b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 55.00 lac over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
c) The required minimum liquid asset shall be Tk.10.00 lac.
d) Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.15.00 lac.
e) Up-to-date valid A,B,C category electrical contractors and supervisory license from electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment(s).
