* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2266666 ~ 6800000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor shall be 05 years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of civil construction work in a single contract amounting to not less than Tk. 20.00 lac in a single work during the last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificate(s) shall have to be issued by the officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of the concerned department/organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 38.00 lac over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
d) The required minimum liquid asset shall be Tk 06.00 lac in the specified format
e) Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.14.00 lac.
f) Blacklisted/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents that must be fulfilled.
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025, and its amendment(s).
