* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666 ~ 500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer must have experience of completing at least 1 (one) spare parts supply & installation work of (SUNNY) Brand Lift over the last 5 years (from date of IFT) of BDT 1.1 lakh ( One lakh Ten Thousands) in a Single Contract.
b) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than BDT 1.50 Lakh only during last 5(five) years from date of IFT. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1.40 lakh (One Lakh Forty Thousands) in the form ePW2a-3 (uploaded in section 7, other formats, documets will not be accepted)
d) The Minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT 1.50 lakh One Lakh Fifty Thousands) . Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments, form uploaded in section 7
e) The Tenderer must posses :
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up to-date income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate
(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC License & ABC/BC Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
f) The tenderer shall have minimum 3 years general experience
g) Manufacturer authorization for spare parts supply Assurance certificate of SUNNY Brand Lift
