Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of goods Tk. 14.00 lakh in a Single work/supply order in the last 05 (Five) years form the date of publication of IFT. (Work order & completion certificate must be submitted)
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 12.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
c) Maximum 02 (Two) packages will be provided in one bidder (contractor) among the 07 (Seven) Package In the advertisement notice no: 02/2021-21 date 16.09.2021.
d) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
e) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
