Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 19333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 58000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 19333333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical supply.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda or similar chemicals in any large power plant amounting not less than BDT 1,77,00,000.00 ( One Crore Seventy Seven Lac Taka) within last 18 (Eighteen) months from the date of publication of this tender.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful supply. Purchase order or similar documents shall not be counted.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 1,80,00,000.00 ( One Crore Eighty Lac Taka).
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 5,80,000.00 (FIVE LAKH EIGHTY THOUSAND) in favour of ''NORTH-WEST POWER GENERATION CO. LTD."
