2. The tenderer shall have adequate financial capability to perform the contract and shall submit a valid bank solvency certificate or bank statement within 6 months from PSN.
3. The tenderer shall possess valid TIN, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate (if applicable).
4. The tenderer shall not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
