Brief Description of Package: Hiring of 08 (Eight) Microbuses on Monthly Rental Basis Including Drivers, Fuel, and Maintenance for a Period of 02 (Two) Years under DMD–Mymensingh of TGTDPLC.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall be a legally registered entity in Bangladesh and shall submit a valid Trade License and relevant registration documents.
The tenderer shall have at least 03 (three) years of experience in providing vehicle rental or transportation services.
The tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) similar contract for rental of microbus or equivalent vehicles on a monthly basis including driver, fuel, and maintenance within the last 05 (five) years.
The tenderer shall own or have assured access to a minimum of 08 (eight) roadworthy microbuses with valid registration, fitness, and insurance.
The offered microbuses shall be in good operating condition and not older than 2012 model.
The tenderer shall provide qualified drivers holding valid professional driving licenses with at least 05 (five) years of relevant driving experience.
The tenderer shall be fully responsible for providing drivers, fuel, maintenance, repair, spare parts, and replacement of vehicles or drivers to ensure uninterrupted service.
The tenderer shall have adequate financial capability to perform the contract and shall submit a valid bank solvency certificate or bank statement within 6 months from PSN.
The tenderer shall possess valid TIN, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration certificate (if applicable).
The tenderer shall comply with all applicable transport, labor, safety, and statutory regulations during the contract period.
The tenderer shall not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
The tenderer shall confirm its capability and commitment to provide uninterrupted service for the entire 02 (two) years contract period.
