Eligibility criteria:
Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. Quotationer, in support of its qualification, shall be required to submit certified photocopies of the latest documents related to
1. Valid Trade License
2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2024-25),
3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid assets of at least BDT (4,50,000/-, Four Lakh Fifty Thousand Taka Only) from any scheduled Bank.
The Tenderer must submit an Unconditional Credit Line Certificate, issued by any Scheduled Bank,
Bank Statement as liquid asset shall not be allowed.
