Brief Description of Package: Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. Quotationer, in support of its qualification, shall be required to submit certified photocopies of the latest documents related to
1. Valid Trade License
2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2024-25),
3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid assets of at least BDT (3,00,000/-, Three Lac Taka Only) from any scheduled Bank.
Detailed Technical Specification: Generic statements such as "As per specification" or "Complied" will not be accepted. Bidders must submit full and detailed technical specifications (along with brand and model name where applicable) for all offered items.
