Brief Description of Package: Supply and Installation of LPG Cylinders for 2 Micro bus of BARC
Eligibility criteria:
All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance Upto June 2026
(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance
(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to Upto June 2026
(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 3 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 3 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations. (V) Original catalogue or Brochures the LPG materials must be submitted in the e-Gp system (VI) The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 3 lac (This will be given by the proper format) / Bank solvency certificate. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal
