Eligibility criteria:
All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance with clearance up to July 2026;
(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance(2025-2026/2026-2027);
(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to July 2026;
(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 2 Lakh BDT under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 3 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.
(V). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 2 lakh BDT (This will be given by the proper format) . The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.
(VI) Press declaration certificate of the concern press, Office Electricity Bill Paid Receipt (Up-to-date), House rent receipt (Up-to-date), Machineries Descriptions, Working facilities which associated with office premises.
