Brief Description of Package: i. Reconstruction of approx. 3,800 m of existing load bearing stormwater drains and 600m of stormwater drains integrated with footpaths;

ii. Structural repairs, lining & tob slab construction of approximately 2,500m of existing drains;

iii. Construction of approx. 120 new road site catch basins; and

iv. Installation of 5 no. debris screens.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000000.

This project is part of the CCAUDP Phase II, aimed at enhancing urban resilience in Khulna through critical infrastructure improvements. In total 9 projects as NCB using eGP Form and 1 project as ICB using KFW SBD with a total volume of 30 Million EUR will be tendered. The key focus areas of these projects include stormwater management, riverbank erosion protection, the rehabilitation of communal green/blue spaces, and the strengthening of public infrastructure to mitigate the impacts of climate change.
The tender shall be considered non-responsive and the Tenderer shall be excluded if any of the documents listed in Section 2 TDS, Cl 23.1 (m) are not submitted, or if they are submitted incompletely.

- Signed & Upload Form e-PW3D-DP-A Declaration of Undertaking including Appendix (Section 11 DP’s Special Instructions & Documents)
The major Qualification Criteria as per Section 2, TDS are:
- General Experience: 5 years - ITT 13.1 (a)
- Similar nature/specific experience of work: One (1) contract for construction of RCC drain work with a value of at least BDT 1800 (Taka in lac)- ITT 13.1 (b)
- Average annual construction turnover: BDT 2600 (Taka in Lac) Over the best three years in the last five years payment certificate only.(ITT 14.1 (b)
- Liquid assed or work capacity: BDT 450 (Taka in Lac).-ITT 14.1 (c)
VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate.
