Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 166666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 500000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 166666666 ~ 500000000.

Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS and ITT
Similar nature/specific experience of work: BDT 1800 (Taka in lac).
Average annual construction turnover: BTD 2600 (Taka in lac) Over the best three years in the last five years payment certificate only.
Liquid assed or work capacity: BDT 450 (Taka in Lac).
Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.
VAT & IT from bill will be deducted as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
To ensure the Quality of the material, Various test shall be performed by the tenderer as per instruction.
The Share of specific experience will be counted as per the business share of JV Partner and as per details of works completed mention in Format ePW3D-F: Completion Certificate (According to ITT Clause 31.1 (b) specific experience, of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, in construction works under public sector of similar nature and size as stated under ITT Sub Clause 13.1(a), 13.1(b), 13.1(c) & 13.1(d) substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) generated from e-GP system or issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s) as per Format ePW3D-F.
According to ITT Clause 31.1 (c) average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector for a period as stated under ITT Sub Clause14.1(b), 14.1(c) & 14.1(d) substantiated by the payment certificates issued by the Procuring Entity; In case of JV, the business share of the partner shall be taken into consideration to determine the Tenderer's compliance with the minimum qualifying criteria.
