Eligibility criteria:
Tenderers shall have up to date valid ABC category Electrical Supervisory License of Individual(s)/firm(s) from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar works [Installation, Testing, Commissioning/ Inspection, Servicing, Overhauling/ Repair & Maintenance Works of VRF Air Cooling System & Split Type Air Conditioner of similar nature, complexity, methods & technology as stated in section 7.0 of tender document] successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 23.00 (Twenty-three) Lakh. (Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in BPPA website);
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lakh over the last 3 financial years or best 3 (Three) financial years in the last 5 (five) financial years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or Credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer’s shall be Tk. 7.00 ( Seven ) Lakh.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 27.00 (Twenty Seven ) Lakh.
