Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers shall have up to date valid ABC category Electrical Supervisory License of Individual(s)/ firm(s) from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One) contract(s) of [Supply, installation & commissioning of solar of similar nature, complexity, methods & construction technology as state in section 7.0 of tender document] successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh (Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website);
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 160 (One Hundred Sixty) Lakh over the last 3 financial years or best 3 (Three) financial years in the last 5 (five) financial years;
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or Credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer’s shall be Tk. 62.00 (Sixty Two) Lakh.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lakh. and
