Eligibility criteria:

b) Updated VAT Registration Certificate: A valid VAT Registration Certificate in compliance with the latest VAT regulations.
c) Updated Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate: A valid TIN Certificate issued by the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
d) Updated Income Tax Certificate: A valid and updated Income Tax Certificate/Income Tax Payment Receipt for the immediate past Assessment Year, as applicable.
e) Bank Solvency Certificate: The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 02 (Two) Lakh..
