Eligibility criteria:
1. General Eligibility: The Tenderer shall have been engaged in business for a minimum period of three (3) years.
2. Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least 01 (ONE) Single contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity comprising the deployment and management of security guards, cleaners, supervisors or other outsourced manpower services completed over a period of 5 (Five) years with a value of at least of Tk 75 (Seventy Five) Lakh.
3. Financial Capacity: The Tenderer shall possess financial capacity of not less than BDT 30 (Thirty) Lakh in the form of liquid assets, working capital, credit facilities, or a combination thereof.
4. Average Annual Turnover: The Tenderer shall have an average annual turnover of at least Tk 35 (Thirty Five) Lakhduring the last three (3) years. Audited financial statements/reports for the last three (3) years shall be submitted in support of this requirement.
5. The Tenderer must submit the following updated documents: valid Trade License, VAT registration certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Papers related to previous manpower supply experience.
6. Updated License/ Registration Document as manpower provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of Section 3Ka(1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of theconcerned bidder.
7. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
