* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3360000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall meet the following eligibility criteria:
General Experience: Minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in grinding/crushing services or supply of food items.
Specific Experience: Successful completion of at least 01 (one) similar contract (Grinding/Crushing or Food Supply) within the last 05 (five) years, valued at minimum Tk. 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh).
Financial Capacity: Minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit line(s)/specific credit commitment of Tk. 18,00,000 (Eighteen Lakh). Supporting document from a scheduled bank must be submitted.
Legal Documents:
• Upâ??toâ??date Trade License (FY 2026–27)
• Valid TIN (AY 2024–25)
• Valid VAT Registration (BIN)
Mandatory Sample: 01 (one) kg sample of finished product (Fine Atta) in sealed and labeled bag must be submitted to the Procuring Entity on or before tender closing. Nonâ??submission will lead to rejection.
Mill Requirement: Tenderer must own or legally lease a Grinding/Crushing Unit with valid Environmental Clearance, Health/Sanitary License, and BSTI certification (where applicable).
Operational Requirement: Tenderer must collect wheat from Gazipur District Police Lines, grind into fine Atta, and deliver to the Ration Store within the specified time.
Country Restriction: Tenderers from Israel are not eligible to participate.
