Eligibility criteria:
1. Updated copy of valid Trade License.
2. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate and e-TIN Certificate.
3. Updated VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
4. Latest certified Bank Solvency Certificate and/or Line of Credit (LOC) in the prescribed PG2 Form, issued by any scheduled bank.
5. Bank statement for the last 03 (three) months.
6. Ownership certificate of the firm/company (where applicable).
7. Citizenship certificate and copy of National Identity Card (NID) of the proprietor/authorized representative.
8. Similar work experience of at least 01 (one) year and overall experience of at least 03 (three) years, supported by documentary evidence (work order/contract and completion/receiving certificates).
9. A duly signed certificate/declaration confirming that the Tenderer is not blacklisted/debarred/suspended by any competent authority.
10. The Tenderer must own sufficient transportation vehicles to execute the contract; or, if the Tenderer does not own the vehicles, the Tenderer shall submit a valid authorization/lease agreement from the vehicle owner/vehicle-owning organization permitting the use of the vehicles for the entire contract period, along with relevant vehicle documents (e.g., registration and fitness, where applicable).
11. The transportation services for Gazipur District Police Ration Store may be increased or reduced as per operational requirements and the direction of the competent authority.
