* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9250000 ~ 27750000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract of similar Goods (Food items/Ration commodities) within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 70,00,000 (Seventy Lakh Taka).
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk. 85,00,000 (Eighty-Five Lakh Taka).
Valid Trade License (2026-27), TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN) must be submitted.
5. Mandatory Sample Submission: Each Tenderer must submit a 01 (one) kg sample of the offered Masur Dal (Lentil) in a sealed bag/container to the Office of the Procuring Entity before or on the date of tender closing. Failure to submit the sample will result in the rejection of the Tender.
The supplied Masur Dal must be of premium quality, free from dust, stones, and any adulteration.
Tenderers from Israel are not eligible to participate.
