Brief Description of Package: Supply of 11 (Eleven) Service Personnel of Various Categories for Chattogram PWD Division-4 on a Completely Temporary Basis through Outsourcing Method (FY 2026-2027).
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least 01(One) contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 (Five) years with a value of at least of 20.00 (Twenty) lakh shall be required.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount Tk.10.00 (Ten) lakh over the last 03 (Three) financial years.
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lakh. Document (Original copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents Form e-PPS2-5 of Tender and Contract Forms. (Failing to submit in form e-PPS2-5 will make the tenderer Non-responsive).
e) Tenderer must submit Updated License/Tender Document as manpower Provider firm issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) in compliance of section 3Ka (1) of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006. Failure in Submitting of such document shall lead to the non-responsiveness of the concerned bidder.
f) Tenderers must have up to date Income Tax, TIN , valid VAT registration certificate and Trade license.
g) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
