Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 45000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) Years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One)contract of similar nature of work successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 110.00 Lakh (One Hundred & Ten Lakh); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 220.00 Lakh ( Two Hundred & Twenty lakh) over the best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 90.00 Lakh (Ninety lakh) document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form e-PW2A-8)
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. Tk 130.00 Lakh (One Hundred & Thirty Lakh)
(f) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory license TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade license.
(g) Others: As per TDS.
(h) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2025 and PPA 2006 will be followed
