Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. National Tenderer must submit an updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate as per mentioned in ITT clause 22. Foreign tenderers must submit Trade license or certificate of incorporation (as applicable).
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services shall be supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment / Spare parts / Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or any Power Utility of at least 02 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least USD 11,500.00 (USD Eleven Thousand Five Hunderd) Only or equivalent amount. Among the mentioned contracts, at least 01 (One) contract must involve importing the delivered goods from abroad.
4. The minimum amount of credit facility is USD 14,000.00 (USD Fourteen Thousand) Only or BDT 17,50,000.00 (Seventeen Lakh Fifty Thousand) Only from any scheduled bank.
5. Tenderer must be authorized by the manufacturer of the offered items as per clause (IV) of ITT 20.1(o) mentioned in TDS to supply the goods.
6. The tenderer must comply with all the conditions Stated in TDS and PCC.
