4. TIN Certificate.
5. Latest Income Tax Return Slip.
6. Bank solvency certificate with the availability of minimum financial resources mentioned in the ITT Clause 14.1 (b).
7. Valid trade license of manufacturing of fire fighting equipment.
8. Certificate of fire fighting equipment/material manufacturing company which is approved by BSTI.
9. Valid chemical test report which is approved by BUET/ any govt./autonomous institution.
10. Experience of Supplying and Refilling Fire fighting Equipment.
11. License of Supplying and Refilling Fire fighting Equipment issued by Competent Authority.
12. Other Qualification as stated in Tender Documents.
