Brief Description of Package: Supply of Manpower by Outsourcing for the Financial Year 2026-2027.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter the contract under the applicable law.
2. Tenderer shall have valid up to date Trade Licenses, VAT registration certificate and Income tax certificate.
3. Tenderer shall have specific experience of supplying manpower to any Govt., Semi Govt. or Autonomous Organizations.
4. Tenderer shall pay the people according to the Outsourcing rules' 2025 and related circulars. Any excuse due to a lower quoted price or lower profit limit will be considered as tenderers' incapability and will cause the tender to be rejected.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lac).
6. Tenderer shall fullfill any other requirements specified in TDS & PCC.
