Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have currently NID, Authorization Letter, Affidavit, Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN certificate & Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Audit Report etc.
2. General Experience of Prime Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
3. Specific Experience (with Steel Structure Works) as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, each with a value of at least Tk. 7,50,00,000.00 (Seven Crore Fifty Lakh Taka) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years,
4. Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15,00,00,000.00 (Fifteen Crore Taka) over best 3 years in the last five (5) years.
a) Completion Certificate, Work order/Notification of award and payment Certificate of the works (In case of completed project).
b) Joint Venture (JV) are not allowed.
c) Contractor should have experience certificate in Steel Structure Works.
d) The architect and engineer should be connected with the company to understand the detailed drawings and progress of the work.
e) ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of each of the personnel Indicated in Clause 15.1.
5.Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 (Four crore Taka).
