Only Enlisted Contractors/Tenderers at the University of Chittagong are eligible (e-GP registered) to submit tenders provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal.
The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as NID, CU Enlisted Book, Valid Trade License, Up-to-date Valid TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Bank Solvency Documents, etc.
The Tenderer should fulfill all other eligibility criteria which are stated in Tender Document.
The Tenderer/s will visit and examine the site with his/their own responsibility & expense and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender. If TEC disable to download the important documents of the tender/s which consequently affects the tender evaluation process or creates ambiguity; then, TEC may treat the said tender/s as non-responsive.
JVCA is not applicable for this tender. Any tender found with JV, shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason. PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 shall be followed.
