Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(A) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in interior decoration works under public sector at least one (1) contract of BDT 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 40.00 (Forty) Lakh over the last five (5) financial years.
(D) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh.
(E)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(G) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet of tender documents.
