Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(A) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of repair work worth not less than Tk.7.00 (Seven) Lakh in a single work order/ tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(Five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 8.00 (Eight) Lakh over the last five (5) financial years.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.00 (Six) Lakh ( Credit line must be submitted in the Form PW2a-8 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender will be considered as non responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lakh.
(F) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(G) Submitted documents in tender information forms must be relevant and according to specifications of Standard Tender Document
