Brief Description of Package: 1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.a) A minimum general experience of 03 years. b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar (Supply of Exam's Answer Sheets & Different Printing Items for Exam Controller & Other Office) Goods of at least 01 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least Tk. 45,00,000.00
c) A minimum liquid asset of a Taka of 55,00,000.00 is required. 4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.

5. Tenderer must submit the VAT certificate, IT certificate, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency Certificate, liquid assets, Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026],Audit Reports-2024-25,Press Declaration, general and Specific similar experience certificates, technical specifications, and other required documents along with the tender documents. All documents submitted in the e-GP system must also be sent as printed hard copies to the Director, Planning, Development and Works, Room No. 216, Admin Building, GSTU, Gopalganj. within one (01) day of the tender opening. 6. Minimum Capacity will be Taka [90,00,000.00]. 7. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other works rights reserved by the University Authority. 8. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this Printing Items work.
