Brief Description of Package: Supply of Office Equipment, Furniture for the Medical Center at GSTU.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All Tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified.
2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.
a) A minimum general Works Supply of Office Equipment/Furniture, chair,/ computer supply Work experience of 03 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply of similar Goods, Office Equipment/Furniture, office chair,/ computer supply of at least [01] contract(s) completed within the last [03] years.
3. All Tenderers should submit the full name of their firm.
4. A tenderer must submit the a. VAT certificate, b. IT certificate, c. Trade License, d. NID, e. Bank Solvency Certificate/Bank Statement, f. general and i. specific similar experience certificates, j. technical specifications, and k. other required documents along with the tender documents. All documents submitted in the e-GP system must also be sent as printed hard copies to the Director, Planning, Development and Works, GSTU, Room No. 216, Admin Building, GSTU, within one (01) day of the tender opening.
5. Tender opening, processing, evaluation, issue of NOA, issue of work order, cancellation, and all other works rights reserved by the University Authority (Showing reasons or without showing reasons).
6. The original proprietor(1st Party) must execute this work.
