Eligibility criteria:
1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document are eligible.
2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
4) The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8)
5) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly (Without Corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
6) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra payment claim will be entertained in this regard.
7) Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.
8) Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
9) The tenderer must submit his NID Card.
